Local Kicks Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms:
By registering a team with Local Kicks, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
2. Team Registration:
a. Team registration requires accurate and complete information.
b. Registration fees are non-refundable.
3. Player Eligibility:
a. Players must be at least 16 years old.
b. Team Managers/Captains must be at least 18 years old.
4. League Schedule:
a. Teams are expected to adhere to the provided schedule.
b. Local Kicks reserves the right to modify schedules as needed.
5. Weather Conditions:
a. Matches take place regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
b. Cancellations due to weather will be communicated in advance.
6. League Rules
a. Teams and players must comply with the rules and regulations set by Local Kicks.
b. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
7. Team Manager Responsibilities:
a. Team Managers are responsible for electronic payment of team fees.
b. Team Managers must appoint an Assistant Manager for additional support.
8. Fixture Organization:
a. Team Managers are responsible for organizing the team for each game and checking fixtures in advance.
9. Cancellation Fee:
a. A £20 cancellation fee is payable electronically 24 hours before a fixture if the team cannot participate.
10. No-Show Policy:
a. Teams failing to show for two consecutive weeks may be removed from the league.
11. Photography Consent:
a. Teams agree to allow Local Kicks to use photographs for marketing and social media.
12. Termination of Agreement:
a. Local Kicks reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time.
13. Match Fee Adjustments:
a. Local Kicks reserves the right to adjust match fees.
14. Reporting Behavioral Issues:
a. Local Kicks may report behavioral issues to the FA.
15. Liability and Insurance:
a. Teams are responsible for personal injury and property damage liability.
16. Modification of Terms:
a. Local Kicks may modify these terms and conditions, with participants being notified of any changes.
By registering a team with Local Kicks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or removal from the league.
